3 Reasons Why I Love Muscle Kups

Muscle Kups has become part of my daily regimen at this point. These cups take caffeine, collagen and protein and blend them into a great tasting drink. Most of the time, I drink the Muscle Kups warm, but at other times the drink is excellent on ice. My coffee, protein, and collagen all in one warm cup of deliciousness. Oh, and the mocha flavor is spot on! Not too rich in flavor but not tasteless.

Easy to Use

The cups are designed so we can enjoy them without needing a cup coffee maker such as a Keurig. Also, there is a lip which allows the contents to be poured into a standard coffee filter. We have a hiking trip coming up so let’s see what happens when just mixing with hot water directly. I have a feeling; the Muscle Kup will be just as good.

Coffee with Protein

Each Kup has 11 grams of protein and 100 mg of caffeine. Sometimes, I’ll use the coffee as a pre-workout before the gym. After drinking a Kup, I feel focused and energized which helps me get my pump after a long day of work. My fiance enjoys the Muscle Kups on ice mixed with a little almond milk, so there are many ways to enjoy.
